We understand that occasionally a product is defective or not satisfactory when it is delivered to you and will require our special attention. Click HERE and fill out the form provided.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must apply:
- We respectfully ask only that you be fair with us when returning the product. That means returning the product(s) to us complete and in new condition. Please ensure that your product is returned factory sealed (if not defective), with all inserts and with a proof of purchase. These include manuals, warranty cards, cables and accessories.
- Contact with us must be made within 30 days of receipt of order
- We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- After we have received and inspected the package, you will receive credit for the product and taxes (where applicable) to the credit card used for the purchase.
Our ability to bring you quality products at competitive prices depends on fair and honest dealings. Incomplete or damaged returns have increased our costs and, we regret that returns will only be processed if the agreed conditions for the return are met.
Cayne's The Super Housewares Store is not responsible for freight costs on merchandise returned, unless shipped incorrectly. You should send freight prepaid or the freight will be refused.
Note: Items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
